Orly- Decades of Dysfunction

Hello all!

So today I have a very pretty nude color from Orly. Decades of Dysfunction is perfection! I think it also works well with my skin tone which is a plus! This color is a creamy off white with a pinkish undertone tint. I love this color!

Show is 3 easy coats, and the formula was awesome! I did have some trouble with my pinkie but it doesn't look too bad!

I would definitely recommend this polish to someone!! If you don't have it then you should go and get a bottle!!

Blue Nails for Autism- #4

Hey everyone!!

You know, I'm gonna miss doing blue nails every friday! Today is the last installment of Blue Nails for Autism. I think I am going to have to figure out something to do every Friday in the months ahead!

So for today I just have a pretty light blue polish with some shimmer in it. Sally Hansen Breezy Blue is beautiful!  Shown is three thin coats, and it goes on like a dream! Oh and other good news, my nails are finally back to being squared!!

Isn't it pretty!?!?!? On a side note, I used the Blue Cross Cuticle Remover from Sally's for the first time and I must say I am in love! If you don't have it, you need to go buy it! 5 bucks for a 16 oz. bottle, and it will last for forever!!

Wet n' Wild Break the Ice with stamping!

Hey guys!

So today I have a really elegant and pretty mani to show you all! I am also really happy with the way my stamping turned out! I have only stamped about 3 or 4 times because I have been scared to, but I am going to face my fears and learn how to get better! I also got a little impatient and my top coat smudged the image, but not too bad.

For the base, I used 3 coats of Wet n' Wild Break the Ice which is a beautiful white shimmer! Then I stamped with China Glaze Spontaneous using Bundle Monster plate BM21. To top it off, I used a coat of INM Out The Door, and finally I added some black rhinestones from Winstonia.

Hope you all like it and thanks for reading!!

Blue Nails for Autism- #3

Hey everyone!
Again I say... I'm sorry for not posting all week! Still trying to let my lil' nubs grow out!

So for this Friday's blue nails, I just have a swatch! Barielle Falling Star is so pretty though!! This polish is a creme blue base with small round copper glitters. I really like the look of this polish, but it was a bit of a pain in the behind to apply. First coat was great, but the second and third coats were a little thick. Before applying a third coat, I added some polish thinner from Sally's to it. It made just the slightest bit of a difference. Anyways, onto pictures!

Oh and I am sorry for the oily cuticles, gotta keep 'em looking good!

Blue Nails for Autism- #2

Hello all!!

First I just want to apologize for not posting anything all week and then not posting this yesterday (Friday) when it was supposed to go up. I have had a crazy week and time got away from me. Also, 2 of my nails broke so I had to cut them all :( so I will be trying to let them grow out! Ok, onto the blue nails!!

This mani is kind of a mix n' match mani I guess you could say! It is quite similar to my pink and holographic nails. Ok, nevermind that, they are almost the exact same mani! Whoops!! I didn't mean to do that!

Although my nails are short, I'm kinda diggin' the length and the shape!

For the blue I used Pure Ice- French Kiss, which I might add is perfect! The silver on my middle finger is Sally Hansen- Celeb City and the glitter is Essie- Set in Stones.

I love this mani!! What about you? Thanks for stopping by!!

Color Club- Blushing Rose and holographic glitter!

Hello all!

Who can go wrong with pink and holo? I love them together!! Today I have just a simple mani with two accent nails. I absolutely love how this turned out! I set out to accomplish one thing, and ended up with something completely different! I can't stop staring at my nails! I absolutely love holographic glitter!

Color Club Blushing Rose is my favorite pink at the moment, so of course I used it here! On my ring finger I have one coat of Hard Candy Celebrate Sequins, and on my middle finger I have 3 coats of Salon Perfect Diamond Dust. I think Diamond Dust is almost a dupe for China Glaze Glistening Snow... It seems like all the Salon Perfects are dupes for different China Glazes... what do you think? Anyway, that doesn't matter right now, all I know is that Diamond Dust is gorgeous!!

Below is a semi blurry shot to try and capture some more of the holographic glitters!

I hope you enjoy this mani as much as I do!

Blue Nails for Autism- #1

Hey everyone!!

So for every Friday in the month of April, I will be doing blue nails to help spread awareness for Autism! I don't know anyone personally with Autism, but raising awareness for any disease/condition/syndrome is something that I can take part in! This will be installment numero uno for Blue Nails for Autism this April!

This Friday's blue nails are a blue watercolor! I was very excited about doing this because I have never done watercolor nails, and I was excited to give it a shot! I really like the way these turned out, especially for a first time!! I have seen watercolor nails from ladies like Chalkboard NailsThe Polished Mommy, and Chelsea's Get Nailed, and I really wanted to try it! So here's my go!

I love it! Like I said I am really glad with the way it turned out! I started with a base of OPI Alpine Snow and then I watercolored with Essie Where's My Chauffeur, Pure Ice French Kiss, and Sally Hansen Breezy Blue.

Oh and sorry for the oily cuticles, but hey, gotta moisturize! :)
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed!

Rimmel- I Lilac You

Hello everyone!!

So today I have a gorgeous purple creme to share with you! Rimmel I Lilac You is just amazing! I have way too many purples this shade... wait, what am I saying? You can never have too many light purples!!

Look how pretty!! I really like this purple! The only thing I don't like about this polish is that the brush is like SUPER PRO EXTRA wide and my nail beds are pretty small. It was a little hard to apply, especially to my pinkie. Other than that, this polish is awesome!

I want to try out some other colors in the new line! Let me know in the comments below if you have any recommendations!
